Attention Kroger shoppers!
If you shop at Kroger, please print out
this form and take with you to Kroger.
They will scan it along with your Kroger card.
Then each time you shop at Kroger, the Community
Storehouse will get a percentage of what you
spend. This is only good for one year and has to
be redone each June. This is a great help in
buying food forthe pantry.
