Director of Youth Ministries

Keller United Methodist Church has an opening for a full time Director of Youth Ministries. Qualified applicant would fulfill the mission of Keller UMC by creating and implementing ministries of discipleship, learning and community for youth and families in the greater Keller area and the congregation of Keller UMC. The Youth Director will create and provide opportunities for children from 8th grade to 12th grade to grow in their journeys of faith, experience the love of Christ, and share that love with others.  Employees subject to background check and drug screen. Director of Youth Ministries Job Description

KItchen Coordinator

Keller United Methodist Church has a part time position open for a Kitchen Coordinator. Qualified applicant would be responsible for planning and preparing a weekly Wednesday night meal for 75-100 people, including a simple option for kids. Volunteers and custodial staff members are available to assist in preparation and serving. Basic menu plans would need to be submitted one month in advance. Approximately 10 hours per week, including shopping time early in each week and several hours cooking on Wednesday afternoon. The meal is served 5:30-6:30pm and the Kitchen Coordinator is also responsible for leading clean-up of the prep area. Kitchen management and cooking experience and skills required. If desired, other opportunities may also be available to cook for other groups within the church and special events. Salary: $13 per hour. Employees subject to background check and drug screen. Nursery Worker 

Keller United Methodist Church has openings for Nursery workers. If you love working with babies and toddlers we have a place for you. Some lifting required and flexibility to work as scheduled including some weekends and holidays. Previous CPR certification a plus. Employees subject to background check and drug screen.
