class studies biblical issues to gain a clearer understanding
of the Bible and prayer as it relates to our families,
our lives, and ourselves.
Various
book studies and discussion questions with class participation
make for a lively and fun discussion. This class also
meets at 11:00. Both classes cover the same material
each week, so pick the one that best fits your
schedule.
The majority of the class is in the
senior group, however all ages are welcome. Studies are
Bible-based, and a study guide is usually used to facilitate
group discussion.

This group of seniors meets for coffee and
discussion.
Friends in Faith —
Keith Monge - Room 9, Hallelujah Center
A Bible/scripture based class with emphasis on
interaction to generate
energetic discussions and reflection around the
lessons. We also enjoy fellowship time outside of
class and are involved in various ministries within
the church. Approx. ages: 25-50.
This
open-minded group of all ages enjoys examining and discussing
non-traditional religious literature to enhance their
Christian journey.
Various
book studies with daily scriptural readings to tie into
the material discussed on Sunday. All ages are welcome.

Parents of sixth-graders, come join the journey with
your youth. Classes will run concurrently with Youth
Confirmation. Also, this would be a perfect time for
anyone who did not grow up as a United Methodist to
come and learn what it all means. Or perhaps, you
would just like to brush up on our United Methodist
history, teachings, beliefs, and practices. Everyone
is invited!
“Adults Relating to Kids” is new parenting program
based on research that shows the value of a child’s
self-esteem in relationship to the quality of
relationship with the primary adults in his/her
life. ARK is a positive approach to parenting with a
Christian perspective. Parents of children of all
ages are invited to join this class.

Our START group (Someone Talking About Raising
Teens) is for all you parents of teens and pre
teens! We meet the 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month.
Come at 9:30 or 11:00. The discussion format of the class gives you an
opportunity to talk with other parents about what it
takes to raise a teen in this world. If you have
ever had a question you just didn’t know how to
answer, or a doubt about how to handle a situation,
don’t miss this discussion!
