Dr. Chris J. Hayes was appointed as our Lead Pastor in 2011. Chris is an ordained elder in The United Methodist Church and previously served as the Senior Pastor of First UMC of Colleyville, Executive Pastor at First UMC Arlington, and has held staff positions at Arlington Heights UMC, First UMC Hewitt, Bruceville/Eddy and Mooreville United Methodist Churches. read more

Tom Faile was recently appointed to First UMC Keller as our Pastor of Caring and Connection. Prior to joining the ministry team at Keller, Rev. Faile served as Pastor of Faith UMC in Fort Worth. A native of South Carolina, Tom holds a B.A. in English from Wofford College, a Master of Divinity degree from Brite Divinity School at TCU, and is an ordained Elder in the Central Texas Conference. read more

Robin is an ordained Deacon in the United Methodist Church and certified as Minister of Christian Education. She received a Master’s degree in Religious Education from Perkins School of Theology. Her previous appointment was at Saginaw UMC. Robin is the Central Texas Conference instructor for eChristian Ed, a three-year online certification program in Christian Education through Columbia College in South Carolina.  read more

David joined the staff in 2007. After earning his DMA in Choral Music from the University of Illinois, David was Director of Choral Activities at Eastern New Mexico University where he taught for 21 years. He also served part-time as choir director in Methodist churches in Portales and Clovis. David and his wife, Janette, have four grown children and two grandchildren. Janette is an educational assistant at Samuel Beck Elementary in Trophy Club.

Lynne was born in Montana and grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area. She is a life long United Methodist. She and her family moved from Wisconsin to Texas 12 years ago. She graduated from Brite Divinity School at TCU with a Masters of Theological Studies. read more

Sean grew up in the thriving community of Hamilton, Texas. He attended Hardin-Simmons University in Abilene, where he performed with the World Famous Cowboy Band. Raised in East Texas, Traci Nelson moved from Georgia, to the Keller area in June 2003. She has been a member of First United Methodist Church Keller since 2005. She loves working with children and has been actively working in the church nursery since April 2006. Traci became our Nursery Coordinator in September 2010. read more

Prior to joining the staff at the church in 2005, Lisa worked as a staff accountant at a local CPA firm. Lisa is responsible for all the business and office functions of the church and assists many of the committees in carrying out their ministries. One of Lisa's passions is photography, as you can see during many church events when Lisa captures the moments with her camera. Lisa and her husband, Ryan, were married in 2004. Their family includes three four-legged children at home (two cats, Rufus and Kallye, and one dog, Pennye).
